A New Work

I felt the Lord say to "re-invent" ourselves under His guiding hand. This involves taking all of the current parts and pieces of our lives - our gifts, talents, abilities, training, etc. - and combining them in a completely new, creative way that He will reveal to us.

"reinvent" - remake or redo completely; bring into use again; to make as if for the first time something already invented

Nugget of Gold: Jacob reinvented himself to receive the Blessing of the First Born, then God Himself reinvented Jacob to become Israel (Genesis 32:28).

Prayer: Lord, grant me the grace to let go of the past and the old ways of thinking and doing. Show me the new wineskin that You've formed in my life for this new season!
